Job summary

Ascensus seeks a Principal Software Engineer to lead a high-energy Scrum team, guiding architecture, coding standards, and delivery. You will mentor engineers, drive technical decisions, and ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with business goals.

You will analyze requirements, implement complex changes, participate in pair programming, and foster continuous improvement through code reviews and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required for cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in OO design principles, patterns, SOLID and data structures.

Responsibilities
