Job summary

The University System of New Hampshire Department of Social Work invites applications for a part-time Internship Coordinator. This position supports students as they identify, secure, and successfully complete high-quality internship placements in their home communities.

The coordinator builds and sustains relationships with internship agencies and supervisors, guides students through the placement process, maintains accurate placement records, and responds promptly when concerns arise across

Qualifications

Master of Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
At least two years of post-MSW professional social work experience.
Experience in internship education, internship supervision, higher education, student advising, agency-based supervision, or related area.

Responsibilities

Recruit and cultivate internship sites and instructors where students live.
Guide students through internship planning, readiness, interviews, matching, and onboarding deadlines.
Evaluate agencies and supervisors for alignment with program goals and accreditation.
Serve as primary contact for students, agencies, faculty, and staff on routine placement questions.
