Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare, education, human services, theater, communication, program support, or related field, plus two years of experience
• Experience coordinating schedules, people, events, or service programs
• Experience with diverse participants in academic, healthcare, training, or community settings

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SP requests, scheduling, assignments, confirmations, changes, and cancellations with faculty and HSSC staff
• Maintain SP program calendar and communicate timelines, arrival expectations, training dates, room assignments, schedules
• Coordinate onboarding materials, forms, orientation, consent documentation, and program communications
• Provide SPs with information about role expectations, boundaries, and safety before assignments
• Review case materials for SP usability and coordinate training or rehearsal activities
• Coordinate SP check-in, room assignments, schedules, and materials during SP activities
• Maintain organized records for SP requests, onboarding, training, attendance, and follow-up
