Job summary

White Mountains Community College in Berlin, NH, seeks a part-time Human Services Program Coordinator to provide administrative oversight and coordination of the Human Services program. The position reports to the Chair of the Social, Educational, and Behavioral Science Department and offers up to 10 hours per week during the academic year.

The incumbent will assist with faculty recruitment, student advising, curriculum development, budget input, and program assessment while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with major in social work, human services, psychology, education, or related field.
• Five years of experience in human services; or Master’s with four years experience.
• Possession of a valid driver's license or access to transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Department Chair with faculty recruitment, orientation, assignment, and evaluation of adjunct instructors.
• Serve as academic advisor to Human Services students and promote retention.
• Assist with course schedules and delivery methods revision.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate curricula; maintain program documents; revise as needed.
• Coordinate student internships/practicums and assess program outcomes.
