This role blends strategy and execution—draft reels, coordinate shoots, monitor trends, review analytics, and communicate with clients to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Ability to create reels and basic graphic design.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent writing skills with adaptable voice for different brands.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media for multiple client accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop content calendars aligned with each client’s brand, goals, and audience.
• Create Instagram posts, stories and reels; write engaging captions.
• Brainstorm content ideas, campaigns, and social concepts.
• Coordinate content shoots, shot lists, and creative direction.
• Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to bring ideas to life.
• Monitor engagement, manage communities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Review analytics and use insights to improve performance.
• Communicate with clients and manage feedback to keep projects moving.
