Job summary

Halcyon Haus Creative, a Los Angeles-based social media and digital strategy agency, is seeking a proactive social media manager to own client accounts and lead creative execution with real visibility into talent development.

You will manage strategy, content planning, scheduling, publishing and performance optimization across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms, coordinating with talent teams and partners to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on social media management experience.
• Strong pulse on culture, trends, and what\'s working on social now.
• Ability to direct talent on set and own shoots.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned social profiles end-to-end: strategy, content, scheduling and performance.
• Manage full social calendars across platforms and client teams.
• Lead content capture shoots with clients and talent on set.
• Edit short-form video content optimized for engagement.
• Track trends and shape weekly content strategy aligned with brand narrative.
• Own analytics and reporting translating data into strategic actions.
• Maintain digital asset management across internal systems.
• Serve as primary contact for talent, managers and agents.
