This role blends strategy and execution—draft reels, coordinate shoots, monitor trends, review analytics, and communicate with clients to drive growth.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who knows social media inside and out. Someone who can spot a trend before it’s everywhere, write compelling, purposeful captions, and understand what makes content worth engaging with. You’ll work closely with our creative team to manage client accounts, develop content strategies, coordinate shoots, and bring ideas to life.

This role is a mix of creativity, strategy, and organization. We need someone who can see the bigger picture while keeping track of the little details.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day social media for multiple client accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop content calendars that align with each client’s brand, goals, and audience.
• Create Instagram posts, stories and reels
• Write engaging, thoughtful captions that capture each brand’s unique voice.
• Brainstorm fresh content ideas, creative campaigns, and social media concepts.
• Help plan and coordinate content shoots, including developing shot lists and creative direction.
• Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities.
• Work closely with our designers, videographers, and content creators to bring ideas to life.
• Monitor engagement, manage online communities, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Review analytics and use insights to improve content performance.
• Communicate with clients, manage feedback, and keep projects moving forward.

Who We’re Looking For

• Able to create reels and basic graphic design skills
• A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt your voice to different brands.
• A creative eye and an appreciation for good design, photography, and video.
• Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
• A proactive thinker who brings ideas to the table instead of waiting to be told what to do.
• Someone who understands that social media is about more than just posting. It’s about building a brand and creating a connection.
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Bonus points

if you have experience with content creation, short-form video editing, Canva, or social media scheduling platforms.
