Qualifications

• Experience in both video production and photography.
• Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
• Strong editing skills using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Capture professional photo and video content using DSLR/mirrorless cameras.
• Produce social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit short-form video content with strong pacing and platform-specific best practices.
• Color grade footage and deliver client-ready edits.
• Capture planned and in-the-moment content during production days.
• Assist with creative planning, shot lists, and content concepts.
• Stay current with social media trends and platform updates.
• Identify opportunities to create engaging content.
• Collaborate with Lead Content Producer and creative team throughout production.
• Organize and manage footage and media assets.
• Maintain production equipment.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Occasionally travel to client locations for content production.
