Job summary

Arkansas Talent Group is assisting a growing healthcare and hospitality company in Central Arkansas by hiring a Social Media Strategist & Content Creator. You will craft voice, create campaigns, and produce compelling short-form video content across platforms.

This role blends creativity with analytics, requiring videography, photography, editing, and strategic thinking to tailor messages for healthcare and restaurant brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing preferred.
• Experience creating and editing high-quality video content.
• Experience managing multiple social channels and campaigns.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across healthcare and hospitality brands.
• Create distinct strategies for healthcare and hospitality audiences with different voices and messages.
• Develop and manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other channels.
• Stay ahead of trends, platform changes, and best practices; test new ideas and formats.
• Coordinate video/photo shoots and produce engaging content for reels, stories, and posts.
• Write engaging copy and adapt messaging to each platform and audience.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while tailoring it to each brand.
