• Own social channels across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
• Develop content ideas from launches, trends, and behind-the-scenes stories.
• Direct shoots or appear in content when needed.
• Edit polished short-form video and social assets quickly.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and product teams on launches.
• Help shape social strategy and processes as Benton Lane grows.
