Weezie in Atlanta seeks a strategic Social Media leader to own the brand’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook. You will define platform strategies, set success metrics, and direct the content blueprint that brings Weezie’s luxury voice to life.

You’ll lead a social team, partner with Creative and Growth, translate campaigns into channel plans, and push for data-driven decisions with a test-and-learn mindset.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of social media strategy experience at a DTC, lifestyle or luxury brand.
• Proven ability to grow reach and audience across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on experience building and scaling short-form video on TikTok/Instagram/YT.

Responsabilités

• Define Weezie's organic strategy for each platform (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook) and establish audience roles.
• Set and monitor platform success metrics and reporting.
• Direct strategy for founders' social channels to align with the Weezie brand.
• Translate campaigns into channel-by-channel plans and the social content calendar.
• Own always-on content, ensuring relevance and a distinct Weezie voice.
• Spot trends and emerging formats and recommend where to invest.
• Lead Social Media team with clear briefs and priorities, and coordinate with Creative.
• Partner with Growth to align organic and paid efforts and drive growth.
• Own performance reporting and a test-and-learn approach to formats and cadence.
