Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales for financial services or B2B sales.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and recommend levers.
• Strong prospecting and client relationship development skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of small business financial products and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client journey and drive sales opportunities.
• Identify and refer small business opportunities to clients.
• Deliver a branded customer experience in field-based work at least 80% of the time.
• Foster partnerships with internal teams to grow small business opportunities.
• Advise clients on solutions using credit, cash flow, and digital capabilities.
• Support sales delivery model to grow small business segment.
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining client focus.
