Qualifications

• Has proven success in consultative sales in financial services and/or business-to-business sales.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret financial statements and identify growth levers.
• Passion for outside sales and prospecting.
• Motivated to improve existing relationships and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to analyze client financials and industry trends.
• Can read and interpret financial statements and cash flow analyses.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership ability.
• Ability to collaborate with a team of bank employees to solve client issues.
• Experience managing a client portfolio with relationship development and deepening.
• Strong knowledge of small business financial products and services.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages the end-to-end client journey to deliver client needs and drive sales opportunities while mitigating risk.
• Identifies and refers specialized small business opportunities and solutions to clients during relationship reviews.
• Delivers a branded customer experience within aligned sales portfolios by being in the field a minimum of 80% of the time.
• Fosters relationships with partners to increase small business opportunities.
• Advises small business owners on solutions, services, and digital capabilities to meet goals.
• Supports execution of the sales delivery model to achieve growth of the small business segment.
• Coaches and provides feedback to associates and clients, maintaining a client-centric culture.
