Bank of America Corporation is seeking a results-driven small business relationship manager to drive growth for our business banking clients. You will manage the end-to-end client journey, open core business accounts, and deepen relationships with high-value clients while collaborating with partners across Treasury, Merchant, and Business Banking teams.

The role emphasizes consultative sales, financial analysis, and a deep understanding of small business financial products.

Formación

• Experience in consultative sales in financial services or B2B sales.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and recommend levers to improve outcomes.
• Outside sales orientation with prospecting focus.
• Strong relationship management and sales goal attainment.
• Ability to analyze client financials and industry trends.
• Ability to read cash flow statements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience partnering with bank teams to solve client issues.
• Experience managing a client portfolio focused on relationship development.
• Knowledge of small business financial products and services.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and banking systems.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end client journey management to deliver on client needs and drive sales opportunities while mitigating risk.
• Identify and refer small business opportunities and solutions to clients while conducting small business relationship reviews.
• Deliver a branded customer experience within aligned sales portfolios by being in the field a minimum of 80% of the time.
• Foster relationships with key partners such as Merchant, Practice Solutions, Treasury, and Business Banking to increase small business opportunities.
• Leverages knowledge of credit to advise small business owners on solutions, services, and digital capabilities that help them meet their short and long-term business goals.
• Supports execution of the sales delivery model to achieve targeted performance and growth of the bank's Small Business segment.
• Coaches, develops, guides, and delivers feedback to associates and clients while embodying a client and employee-centric culture.
