Qualificações

• Has proven success in consultative sales in financial services and/or B2B sales.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret financial statements and advise on levers to improve outcomes.
• Can prospect and develop external referral sources and manage client portfolios.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end client journey to deliver on needs and drive sales while mitigating risk.
• Identify and refer small business opportunities and conduct relationship reviews.
• Deliver a branded customer experience within sales portfolios; be in the field ≥80% of time.
• Foster relationships with partners to increase small business opportunities.
• Leverage credit knowledge to advise on solutions and digital capabilities.
• Support execution of sales delivery to grow the bank's Small Business segment.
• Coach and develop associates and clients with a client-centric culture.
