• Manage end-to-end client journey to deliver on client needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Identify and refer specialized small business opportunities and solutions.
• Deliver a branded customer experience within aligned sales portfolios in the field 80% of the time.
• Foster relationships with partners to increase small business opportunities.
• Advise clients on credit solutions and digital capabilities to meet business goals.
• Support sales delivery model to achieve growth of the Small Business segment.
• Coach and develop associates while maintaining a client-centric culture.
