Job summary

Bank of America in Illinois is seeking an experienced Business Banking professional to manage end-to-end client journeys and deepen high-value relationships. You will drive profitability, prospect for new opportunities, and open core business accounts while working with partners across Merchant, Treasury and Credit teams.

Your role centers on analyzing client financials, advising on solutions, and delivering a branded customer experience in a dynamic sales environment.

Qualifications

• Has proven success in consultative sales in financial services and/or business-to-business sales.
• Demonstrated success improving business financial outcomes by interpreting financial statements.
• Is passionate about outside sales and prospecting.
• Can analyze financial conditions of clients and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing a client portfolio with relationship development.
• Familiarity with small business financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end client journey and drives sales opportunities while mitigating risk.
• Identifies and refers small business opportunities to clients with reviews.
• Delivers branded customer experience; in-field 80% of time.
• Fosters relationships with partners to increase small business opportunities.
• Advises clients on solutions, services and digital capabilities.
• Supports sales delivery to grow the Small Business segment.
• Coaches and delivers feedback to associates and clients with a client-centric culture.
