Qualifications

• Proven consultative sales experience in financial services or B2B needed.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and leverage insights to grow client profitability.
• Outside sales motivation with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration with bank partners.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and banking platforms; able to manage a client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client journey to meet needs and drive sales while mitigating risk.
• Identify and refer small business opportunities; conduct relationship reviews.
• Deliver a branded customer experience; spend ~80% in the field.
• Foster partnerships with internal teams to broaden business opportunities.
• Advise clients on solutions, services, and digital capabilities aligned to goals.
• Support execution of sales delivery to grow the bank's Small Business segment.
• Coach and develop teammates while maintaining a client-first culture.
