Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in Colorado to cultivate a portfolio of small business clients. You will build pipelines, forecast growth, and cross-sell banking solutions while delivering exceptional service.

You will analyze financial data, collaborate across teams, and implement business plans to achieve retention and revenue goals in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong financial analysis skills with ability to interpret statements and provide actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, policies, and technologies.
• Experience with customer sales and service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration and analytical problem solving.
• Data-driven decision making and risk-aware approach.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and manages relationships with a portfolio of small business clients to grow pipeline.
• Develops sales strategies to attract new business and expand existing relationships.
• Identifies prospects, cross-sells products, and grows wallet share.
• Develops client rapport and credibility as a relationship manager.
• Delivers exceptional service and accurate information on banking products.
• Analyzes data, monitors performance, and provides guidance aligned with business strategy.
• Coordinates data governance, change management, and operational programs.
• Ensures compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
