Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination.
• Strong financial analysis skills with ability to interpret financial statements and provide insights.
• Solid knowledge of business banking products, lending processes and related policies and tech.
• Proven experience in customer sales and service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making with problem-solving capabilities.
