Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Business Process Manager - Six Sigma Black Belt to lead DMAIC-based projects within Networking Operational Excellence. This hybrid role requires collaboration across design, development, supply chain and customer success teams to deliver measurable improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Six Sigma Black Belt with 5+ years of project leadership, strong analytics skills, and experience with Minitab/SAS/R.

Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certified with 5 yrs of experience leading Six Sigma projects.
• Proficiency with statistical techniques, flow charting, business analysis and experience in tech industry.
• Proficient using statistical software like Minitab, SAS, Stata, R etc.
• Proficient in Machine learning techniques and application into quality related projects.
• Knowledge of Python to extract and manipulate data sets to perform complex data analysis is a plus.
• Prior experience in outsourced supply chain environment with contract manufacturers.
• Experience embedding Six Sigma into standard processes and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide DMAIC based approach to projects to drive business value and lead cross-functional workshops.
• Lead large cross-functional initiatives to improve Operational Excellence, Customer Experience & Quality.
• Lead postmortem activities for critical escalations & field issues.
• Analyze studies and summarize findings for decisions on quality, efficiency and cost.
• Provide Yellow belt and Green belt training to potential candidates.
• Demonstrate strong project management, quality management and change management skills.
• Establish processes to ensure sustainability of project results.
