Genentech in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Engagement Lead (CREL) to be the strategic partner and primary face of Clinical Operations in the market. You will champion a ONE Roche approach, applying clinical operations expertise and disease-area knowledge to build elite, high-trust site partnerships.

You will bridge strategy and execution across the full trial lifecycle, ensuring fast, efficient, and compliant delivery.

Formación

• MD/PhD or life sciences degree required.
• 5+ years of clinical research or operations experience.
• End-to-end product development and ICH/GCP knowledge.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
• Proven track record managing site relationships and complex trials.
• Strong interpersonal, cross-functional, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% domestically.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic planning and alignment for country-level site engagement and budgeting.
• Early feasibility and site setup to identify optimal sites and accelerate recruitment.
• Build deep site relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Escalation or performance oversight for study challenges and site issues.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Study Start-Up, and CROs.
• Portfolio oversight, CRO performance, and documentation in central systems.
• Drive adoption of digital clinical tools (eConsent, eSource, DCT) with sites.
