Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree and 18+ years of relevant industry experience; Master’s Degree/MD/PhD preferred.
• Extensive experience in global clinical trial operations with management of resources across multiple groups.
• Deep knowledge of ICH/GCP and current regulatory guidance.
• Advanced negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at senior levels.
• Excellent communicator with ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with external stakeholders including investigators and CROs.

Aufgaben

• Direct strategy implementation for a cross-region, field-based operations capability.
• Lead a diverse, global CTL team; manage career development, performance, and succession planning.
• Set broad, function-wide objectives and oversee organization-wide policies and processes.
• Oversee budget, resources, and executive sponsorship for CTL initiatives.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex, precedent-setting issues.
• Represent CTL across GSM Leadership Team, CRO Joint Operating Committee, and other governance bodies.
• Maintain field presence with investigator sites and CROs; enable AI-enabled process innovation.
