Job summary

Genentech, based in South San Francisco, is seeking a Global Clinical Trial Leader to oversee the operational execution and global delivery of early-stage trials (Phases I and II) within gRED. You will contribute to cross-functional Protocol Execution Teams, turning cutting-edge science into feasible, compliant study operations.

You will drive start-up, conduct, and close-out activities; manage vendor selection and CRO oversight; monitor critical milestones; ensure TMF quality and CTMS data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in scientific/healthcare field.
4+ years of clinical study management experience.
Working knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
Experience managing global Phase I/II trials.
Proven cross-functional collaboration and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational execution and global delivery of Phase I/II trials.
Lead Protocol Execution Teams and cross-functional study planning.
Manage vendor selection and CRO oversight.
Forecast supply, monitoring plans, and TMF quality.
Ensure CTMS data integrity and milestone tracking.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
