Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Experience with energetics and/or process gas pressure testing requirements and facilities.
• Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup.
• Extreme orderliness in document control.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of construction means/methods, materials, MEP systems and codes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competency in CPM scheduling, contract administration.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction and Design: gather user requirements and estimate costs across project stages; manage consultants and early site due diligence.
• Budget and Financial Oversight: develop and manage budgets; forecast cash flow; present financial reports to executives.
• Contracting Strategy: develop contracting structures; set terms to drive transparency and fairness; allocate risk.
• Stakeholder Management: serve as primary contact for construction matters; report progress to leadership; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• External PM Coordination: maintain relationships with contractors and vendors; coordinate with external project management teams; run regular update meetings.
