Qualifications

• 7+ years in site selection, land development, or real estate due diligence.
• Experience with feasibility analysis, zoning, entitlements, and infrastructure evaluation.
• Strong pre-construction experience: programming, estimating, scheduling.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site identification, due diligence, and feasibility analysis for prospective sites.
• Develop concept budgets and schedules with the D&C team.
• Provide recommendations and formal site selection documentation.
• Collaborate with Security, Facilities, Manufacturing, Legal, and Finance to align program goals.
