Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Strategic Site Partner to lead engagement with investigative sites and accelerate clinical trial delivery across studies and programs. The role requires building strong relationships with site leadership, PI staff, and AbbVie stakeholders, both on-site and remotely.

You will manage site performance metrics, forecast study needs, identify opportunities for process improvements, and drive operational efficiency while navigating complex global trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in health care or scientific field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in clinical research with leadership and strategy experience.
• Broad understanding of global pharma/biotech and drug development processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Provides input and develop the site-specific engagement strategy for assigned sites.
• Builds and manages relationships with investigative sites, on-site and remote.
• Raises the bar to anticipate site needs and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintains a solution-oriented mindset to resolve complex operational issues.
• Identifies opportunities to drive efficiencies and accelerate trial execution.
• Oversees performance metrics, reviews site operations, and KPIs.
