Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Strategic Site Partner (SSP) in clinical research to build and manage relationships with investigative sites, accelerating AbbVie’s solid tumor and hematology programs.

You will develop site engagement strategies, collaborate with site leadership, address operational challenges, and drive trial efficiency while monitoring performance and communicating insights to internal teams. Travel is 10–20% with a location-flexible work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in clinical research or related fields, with expertise in drug development, operations, or strategic relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and leadership skills essential, with proven ability to influence without authority.
• Experience in global pharma or biotech, particularly in oncology or hematology, is preferred.
