Carrier Global Corporation in the United States is seeking a Manager, Supply Planning (SIOP) to lead and execute the SIOP framework across short- and mid-term horizons. You will align supply and demand strategies, capacity with financial forecasts, and optimize working capital for a multi-site operation.

The role requires advanced analytics, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Finance, plus hands-on ERP/MRP experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytics to analyze supply chain data and quantify impact.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and planning software.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation and implementation of supply planning strategies within the SIOP framework.
• Perform RCCA scenario planning to support shifts in demand and new product introductions.
• Identify and resolve long-range supply bottlenecks across labor, material, and equipment constraints.
• Coordinate monthly production planning with plant operations to balance demand and inventory targets.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the SIOP lifecycle.
