Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company seeks a senior supply chain leader to own end-to-end SIOP for a Data Centers vertical. This role partners with Product Management and PMO on NPI ramp-ups, aligning demand with plant capacity across global sites and planning horizons.

You will deliver rigorous scenario analyses, executive-ready briefs, and CapEx recommendations, driving inventory optimization and working capital improvements.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive supply chain planning and operations in complex, multi-site manufacturing.
• 5+ years of direct SIOP/IBP leadership for a product line, vertical, or BU across global regions.
• Advanced ERP planning capabilities (SAP PP/MM/SD) and Power BI modeling.
• Experience with LeanDNA and Salesforce; Excel mastery for scenario simulations.
• Executive storytelling and ability to drive consensus among senior leaders.
• APICS/ASCM CSCP/CPIM strongly preferred; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vertical SIOP architecture and cadence leadership for the Data Centers vertical.
• Own the 5-stage SIOP cycle across global manufacturing sites and horizons.
• Partner with Product Management, PMO on NPI ramps, gating, and PIPO schedules.
• Reconcile demand, LTAs, and service demand into baseline forecasts.
• Lead capacity & supply reviews across multiple plants and supplier constraints.
• Lead financial reconciliation of build plans against revenue, margins, and working capital.
• Synthesize operational data into concise executive briefings for leadership.
• Maintain Power BI capacity models, scenario planners, and dashboards.
• Define inventory policy, PFEP standards, and DOH targets for the vertical.
• Translate capacity constraints into CapEx requests and capital plans.
