Modine is seeking an experienced Supplier Development Leader to build and scale a lean, agile supply chain for North America within the Data Centers Americas segment. You will partner with strategic suppliers to enhance capabilities, align with capacity investments, and drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, implementing RCA and corrective actions, and delivering readiness for NPI and capacity ramps in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or supplier development.
• 2+ years in capacity modeling and operational diagnostics.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, SCM, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Capacity Expansion Support: ensure supplier base can meet growth and expansions.
• Performance Management: drive supplier metrics with Supplier Quality group and implement CAPA.
• Operational Readiness & Audits: on-site supplier evaluations for capacity and NPI.
• Supplier Development & Recovery: targeted engagements and RCA with corrective actions.
• Risk Mitigation: identify vulnerabilities and develop contingency plans for uninterrupted production.
• Process Optimization: apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma to reduce costs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: collaborate with Engineering, Materials, Procurement, and Quality.
