Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and expand opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal Project Management, Engineering, Production, and Executive teams to ensure successful projects.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service.
• Attend industry trade shows and networking events as needed.
• Participate in scheduled sales and company meetings.
• Adjust sales and marketing strategies in response to customer needs and market conditions.
