Job summary

Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking a Short Term Planning Analyst to optimize staffing across a 1-90 day horizon. You will analyze data, identify gaps, and recommend adjustments to improve forecast accuracy and staffing outcomes.

You will work closely with Operations, Forecasting, and BPO partners, using reporting and modeling to inform short-term strategies. The role requires in-person presence at multiple offices and hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of analytics or operations experience.
• 1-3 years of experience working with BPO partners.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with SQL or similar tools.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems using data.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance against metrics (e.g., SLA, attainment) via data-driven staffing decisions.
• Analyze trends and root causes of forecast variance and inefficiencies.
• Develop and manage reports and models for short-term staffing.
• Partner with Operations, Forecasting, and BPO partners to improve outcomes.
• Translate data into insights for leadership and action.
• Support real-time and short-term staffing adjustments during events.
• Identify opportunities to automate and scale workforce planning processes.
