This role combines data analysis with practical staffing decisions and requires in-person collaboration. This role requires data analytics, SQL, Excel, Python or R, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of analytics or operations experience.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with SQL or similar data tools.
• Python or R and data visualization tooling a plus.
• Clear communication to explain insights to varied audiences.
• Comfort with changing priorities and demand.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance against metrics through data-driven staffing decisions.
• Analyze trends and identify root causes of forecast variance and gaps.
• Develop and manage reports and models for short-term staffing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Forecasting and BPO.
• Translate data into clear, actionable leadership insights.
• Support real-time and short-term staffing adjustments during events.
• Identify opportunities to automate and scale workforce planning.
