Job summary

Pacific Shipyards International in Hawaii is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to join our ship repair team. You will develop, maintain, and progress schedules for multiple ship repair projects, collaborating with Project Management, Estimators, and Production to optimize planning and reporting to the customer.

Responsibilities include creating an Integrated Product Schedule, tracking milestones, and ensuring schedule health against contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science preferred or equivalent experience.
• Able to construct and modify project schedules using MS Project and/or Oracle Primavera P6.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in ship repair project planning or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and progresses schedules for multiple ship repair projects.
• Collaborates with project management, estimators, and production to improve planning and reporting.
• Creates Integrated Product Schedules (IPS) and tracks milestones.
• Monitors schedule health and coordinates meetings to discuss changes.
