Job summary

Qualifications

• ERP system experience is required; shipping/order management modules preferred.

• Ability to prioritize multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure accuracy and on-schedule deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing docs, and PODs.
• Prepare shipping sheets, labels, and documentation for pickups.
• Coordinate shipment requirements with manufacturing, warehouse, and office teams.
• Monitor shipments and address delays or discrepancies; support warehouse operations.
