Job summary

Peak Toolworks in Jasper, IN is seeking a Shipping, Receiving, & Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily shipping activities, coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and carriers, and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders. This role collaborates across departments to prepare accurate shipping documentation and maintain ERP records.

You will handle international shipments, export documentation, and coordination with customs brokers, while supporting warehouse operations and inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics or related field preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience with an ERP system required.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure on-time, accurate orders.
• Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, POD and other shipping docs.
• Create shipping sheets and labels for parcel and freight pickups.
• Coordinate shipment requirements with manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, and office personnel.
• Verify shipments and maintain ERP records.
• Assist with receiving and inventory control activities.
• Monitor shipments and address delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain organized shipping documentation and records.
• Respond to inquiries about shipping, delivery status, or documentation.
• Support cross-functional teams across supply chain.
