Job summary

Peak Toolworks in Jasper, IN is seeking a Shipping, Receiving, & Warehouse Coordinator to coordinate daily shipping activities, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate order processing. You will work with manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, and carriers to manage domestic shipments and documentation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or related field preferred.
ERP experience required; shipping/order management modules preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily shipping activities to ship orders accurately and on schedule.
Prepare shipping documentation (bills of lading, POD, packing docs).
Prepare sheets and labels for parcel and freight pickups.
Coordinate shipments with manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, and offices.
Verify shipments for accuracy and proper documentation.
Assist with receiving activities and documentation as needed.
Monitor shipments and follow up on delays or issues.
Support warehouse operations and inventory flow.
