Torrey Holistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a key link between customers, sales, production, and logistics, focusing on international shipments, export documentation, regulatory compliance, and freight coordination.

You will manage orders from receipt to delivery in a fast-paced environment, enter orders, prepare invoices, packing lists, and communicate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Experience with international shipments and order processing preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments and prepare export documentation.
• Process domestic orders and confirm delivery details in X3.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain shipment records and reports.
