Benshaw Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Dispatch and Shipping Coordinator to manage daily LTL shipments, coordinate carriers, and prepare shipping documents.

This on-site role supports the logistics team and ensures accurate, timely fulfillment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with overtime as needed, collaborating with Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service to optimize freight movements and maintain compliance with company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to understand data and make basic decisions, escalating when appropriate.
• Teamwork and reliability in a on-site, Monday–Friday role.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• On-site availability during business hours plus overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Process domestic LTL shipments daily and manage shipment flow.
• Coordinate with carriers, schedule pickups and obtain quotes.
• Create bills of lading and print packing slips; file documents.
• Support Logistics and Warehouse teams; assist with daily reports.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and on-site compliance.
• Cover for Small Parcel Clerk and Freight Packager as needed.
