Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Finance Manager of SG&A Finance to partner with corporate functions and own the labor and workforce planning view across the enterprise.

You will drive SG&A financial performance, manage a team of analysts, develop headcount models, and deliver executive-level reports and scenarios to support budgeting and long-range planning. This role combines strategic finance with hands-on leadership in a fast-growing defense tech company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A or related finance experience with at least 2 years managing a team.
• Experience as a finance business partner to corporate or SG&A functions.
• Strong understanding of SG&A cost structures and workforce planning.
• Experience designing financial reporting, planning processes, or allocation models at an enterprise level.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear executive narratives.
• Experience with financial planning systems and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a finance business partner to SG&A departments, providing guidance and budgeting support.
• Own enterprise headcount planning and forecasting frameworks for a hypergrowth environment.
• Develop labor cost models and workforce ramp plans to scale across functions.
• Drive SG&A budget ownership and variance analysis with department leads.
• Build workforce analytics and benchmarking against peers, including productivity metrics.
• Align workforce investments with strategy and government contract requirements.
• Systematize workforce data and drive automation with HR, IT, and Finance.
• Own annual headcount and compensation planning cycles and contingent workforce spend.
• Create executive-level models and reporting across SG&A and workforce; present to leadership.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts.
