Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Finance Manager of SG&A Finance to partner with corporate functions and own the enterprise view of labor and workforce planning. You will drive SG&A financial performance through business partnership, reporting, budgeting and long-range planning, leading a team of analysts.

You will build headcount forecasts, labor cost models, analytics, and executive-level financial models, delivering monthly updates to senior leadership and aligning investments with government

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A or corporate finance; includes team leadership.
• Finance business partner experience to SG&A or corporate functions.
• Experience designing enterprise-level reporting, planning & allocation models.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner to SG&A departments; provide guidance and spend visibility.
• Own enterprise headcount planning and forecasting; build scalable frameworks.
• Develop labor cost models, scenario analyses, and workforce ramp plans.
• Drive SG&A budgeting ownership and variance analysis; identify efficiency opportunities.
• Create workforce analytics and benchmark against peers; include key productivity metrics.
• Align workforce investments with strategy, growth, and government contracts.
• Systematize workforce data; partner with HR, IT, and Finance for data integrity and automation.
• Manage annual headcount and compensation planning cycles; budgeting for merit and promotions.
• Create executive-level financial models and monthly reports for leadership.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts.
