Job summary

Sycomp is seeking an accomplished Services Estimation & Solutioning Manager to define, size, cost, price, and document professional services opportunities across its portfolio. You will bridge Sales, Engineering, PMO, Integration Centers, and Service Delivery to ensure solutions are scoped, financially sound, and executable.

You will lead labor estimates, SOWs, resource plans, and service pricing models while supporting strategic pursuits and proposals, with compensation starting at $150,000

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of professional services, consulting, or solutioning experience.
• Experience with infrastructure, cloud, deployment, or managed services projects.
• Strong understanding of labor estimation and project costing.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into executable service solutions.
• Comfortable supporting large enterprise and strategic customer opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements, RFPs, RFQs, and SOW requests.
• Lead services discovery sessions with customers and account teams.
• Define scope, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, and exclusions.
• Develop implementation and deployment approaches.
• Build work breakdown structures and resource plans.
• Develop project cost models and customer pricing.
• Validate profitability and margin objectives.
• Partner with Finance and Operations on pricing approvals.
• Create Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Develop services proposals and scope documents.
• Define project deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Support RFP responses and customer presentations.
