Job summary

Sycomp is seeking an accomplished Services Estimation & Solutioning Manager to define, size, cost, price, and document professional services opportunities across its portfolio. You will bridge Sales, Engineering, PMO, Integration Centers, and Service Delivery to ensure solutions are scoped, financially sound, and executable.

You will lead labor estimates, SOWs, resource plans, and service pricing models while supporting strategic pursuits and proposals, with compensation starting at $150,000

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of professional services, consulting, or solutioning experience.
• Experience with infrastructure, cloud, deployment, or managed services projects.
• Strong understanding of labor estimation and project costing.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into executable service solutions.
• Comfortable supporting large enterprise and strategic customer opportunities.

• Validate profitability and margin objectives.
• Partner with Finance and Operations on pricing approvals.
• Create Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Develop services proposals and scope documents.
• Define project deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Support RFP responses and customer presentations.

Job description

The Services Estimation & Solutioning Manager is responsible for defining, sizing, costing, pricing, and documenting professional services opportunities across Sycomp's portfolio. This role acts as the bridge between Sales, Engineering, PMO, Integration Centers, and Service Delivery teams to ensure customer solutions are accurately scoped, financially sound, and operationally executable.

The position will lead the development of labor estimates, project assumptions, statements of work (SOWs), resource plans, and service pricing models while supporting strategic customer pursuits and proposal development.

• Collaborate with Engineering, PMO, Integration Centers, Service Desk, Managed Services, and Logistics & Warehouse Operations
• Validate delivery feasibility and identify project risks
• Maintain services catalogs
• Create reusable proposal and SOW templates
• Establish pricing standards and sizing methodologies

The compensation for this role starts at $150,000 annual.
