Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cost estimating or proposal development.
• At least 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of service operations including labor planning and material costing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of service estimators.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of estimates.
• Review and approve team estimates for accuracy.
