Job summary

Veeva Systems is a remote, full-time company seeking a Services Engagement Manager to design and deliver professional services engagements for life sciences clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and executive leadership, owning end-to-end engagement strategy and delivery in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The role emphasizes RFx responses, proposals, and statements of work, with travel expected ~10–15% and a North America remote base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering software implementation and enhancement projects.
• 1+ years of experience scoping/defining project plans, resource models, and negotiation of Statements of Work for software implementation projects a plus.
• Background in Life Sciences, Health Care, or Tech preferred; remote North America with travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Sell value of Veeva Services to educate customers on methodology and outcomes.
• Design and prescribe the best Professional Services model for a customer via Proposals, Statements of Work, and RFx responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, strategy, services, and solutions consulting to ensure optimal engagement.
• Own a high-volume pipeline with discipline, speed, and precise data management.
• Provide thought partnership and leadership without a direct reporting structure.
