Qualifications

• 5+ years of software implementation experience at a software vendor or consulting firm.
• 3+ years in people management.
• Has grown and led a professional services team.
• Operational excellence in leading Services including utilization and resource management.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Professional Services team that delivers Veeva RIM.
• Hire, manage performance, and mentor team members.
• Serve as a Services Delivery Lead for multiple engagements; non-billable with up to 25% customer time.
• Staff projects; provide oversight to ensure delivery success.
• Coach the team and identify billable opportunities to drive productivity.
• Manage escalations and support sales in pre-sales processes.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with customers.
• Coordinate across projects and Veeva functions to share lessons learned.
