Job summary

Motorola Solutions is hiring a Services & Cybersecurity Portfolio Strategist lead in the NA Sales Operations team. You will bridge sales and product, translating VoS/VoC into clear development priorities and enabling field sellers to effectively sell multi-year services offerings.

You will collaborate with account managers, sales leadership, product managers, development engineering, marketing, and services teams to ensure market readiness and successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in product management/engineering, marketing, sales, public safety or military.
• Alternatively 6+ years in the same fields.
• Knowledge of managed and cybersecurity services and recurring revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between sales and product for services and cybersecurity offerings.
• Prioritize and manage the Services & Cybersecurity OneList from VoS/VoC inputs.
• Develop practical sales tools and enablement materials for field sellers.
• Support direct, channel and inside sales with launches and changes.
• Collaborate with account managers, sales leadership, product, marketing and services organizations.
