Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Portfolio Strategist lead for Services and Cybersecurity within NA Sales Operations. You will align sales with product teams, drive go-to-market enablement, and manage a two-pronged function switching between sales feedback and product prioritization.

You’ll build practical selling tools and drive ecosystem strategies to extend multi-year customer outcomes while collaborating across account managers, leadership, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years in product management/engineering, marketing, sales, public safety or military.
• Knowledge of managed and support services, professional services, lifecycle services, and cybersecurity.
• Proven ability translating technical capabilities into sales tools or GTM enablement.
• Familiarity with services attach strategies, lifecycle services, cybersecurity, or SaaS/recurring revenue.
• Understanding of financial trade offs, business case development, and product pricing.
• Experience in services delivery or cybersecurity is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between sales and product orgs for services and cybersecurity offerings.
• Prioritize VoS/VoC inputs into product development priorities.
• Identify beta trial customers and conduct VoC sessions.
• Create bite-sized selling tools to enable field reps.
• Communicate launches and changes to direct sales, MRs, and channel partners.
• Support complex deals and RFPs; enable field reps through training materials.
