Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Portfolio Strategist lead for the Services and Cybersecurity portfolio within the North America Sales Operations team. The role partners with account managers, sales leadership, product managers and engineering to drive go-to-market success and readiness for new offerings across direct, channel and inside sales.

Location preference is within the United States and travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in product management/engineering, marketing, sales, public safety or military.
• OR 6+ years of experience in the listed areas.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between sales and product organizations for services and cybersecurity offerings.
• Prioritize and manage the Services & Cybersecurity OneList based on VoS/VoC.
• Identify beta trial customers for upcoming products and solutions.
• Meet with customers for Voice of Customer sessions and translate feedback for Product teams.
• Develop practical selling tools to empower field sellers across all sales stages.
